The new 2016-2026 KTM 65SX comes with new plastics and a new pipe and silencer. The new expansion chamber fits tightly against the cylinder leaving very little room for the clutch hydraulic line to pass by on its way to the master cylinder. Nihilo Concepts Engineers have found that the clutch line can become very hot and even burn if left unprotected, this will cause clutch failure and the extreme heat can cause clutch fade.

Nihilo has come up with a way to protect your valuable clutch line, with high temperature low weight silicone coated sleeves rated to 400 degrees with up to 500 degrees for short durations. Your typical pipe and cylinder on a KTM 65 should run approximately 285 degrees so you will have more than enough protection.
